Ombre Dresser Makeover

Our white dresser on our white wall in our master bedroom was just really really, well, white. So I decided to brighten it up a little with a distressed, whitewashed ombre look:







I love it, & it was a free makeover. So, obviously, that makes me love it even more.

  22. How did you find the right paint colors? Did you just get sample sizes of a few similar colors on the color wheel? Or did you mix it yourself?
    Also, I love the whitewash and distressing. I would love some instructions or a tutorial.
    I have a white nightstand that I would like to do JUST like this for my daughter's room! I'm thinking weekend project, here we go!!
