This is great information, and will be extremely helpful to my husband and I (and our little-one-to-be) in the near future! It is a pleasure to meet you!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07070057883749509475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4872184645946304889.post-72217748218544017572013-03-28T15:57:52.435-04:002013-03-28T15:57:52.435-04:00I loved cloth diapering. I ordered my first batch of cloth diapers (a variety of prefolds, pockets and all in ones) that next week. Never went back to disposables. Sure, it's work, but my boy was worth it and really it wasn't any harder to wash than his onesies. We mostly used Tirsties covers with prefolds and BumGenius all in ones. LOVED them. I highly recommend cloth diapering. We saw a HUGE difference in our grocery bill and of course we did our part in helping the environment. I highly recommend anyone who is the least bit curious to just try it out. Your baby will thank you. :-) LAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12771041429790939034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4872184645946304889.post-16663470173566818612013-03-05T22:09:30.177-05:002013-03-05T22:09:30.177-05:00I love cloth diapering, though we've had to do...I love cloth diapering, though we've had to do a mix of cloth and disposables because we travel a lot to see family. Our son also is a heavy wetter at night, so we use Seventh Generation diapers for sleep -- he just soaks through even two- or three-layered inserts.

Charlie Banana diapers have been the best for us, though we also use BumGenius and several off-brand ones that I got on eBay. The Charlie Banana ones have this great elastic in the leg that's adjustable from extra small to extra large, and they have fit our son from about 3-4 weeks through now (he's 9.5 months) and hopefully until he's potty trained.
