Looks like a beautiful home with wonderful history...I've never been to a pecan orchard - I hope you will post more photos - Good Luck on inspection (remember, the inspector's job it to FIND things wrong, so be positive!)
Oh how exciting. I grew up for a while in an old house with the old skeleton key holes. We had a huge front stair case before you went into the parlour. The kitchen has a stair way that lead to the servants quarters. There were so many fun hiding places in that house. Cheri
