The husband is sick with a cold and ear infection, so no partying here tonight. Instead, we are curling up with a movie and opening up Christmas pajamas! At first, I was rather upset that he was sick, (selfish, I know) and then I realized that we need time to rest, snuggle, and love on each other.
David hasn't seen very many Christmas movies (Not even the Charlie Brown Christmas! Can you believe it?) So its like a whole new experience for him! We watched "Four Christmases" which was cute. I'm not sure what we will watch tonight!

We drove out to the middle of God-forsaken Georgia, and found gorgeous over the top Christmas lights! Though, I do have to wonder, instead of investing thousands and thousands in lights, couldn't they have moved out of trailers? Oh well, the lights were amazing!
Our movie of choice this year: The Nightmare Before Christmas
Neither of us had seen it. It was adorable! We love Tim Burton. It was a unique Christmas movie to watch on Christmas Eve.

I love most Christmas movies, but some favorites are: Miracle on 34th Street, The Grinch (old and new), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, and Elf.
