Wednesday: Puerto Rican-style rice & beans
Thursday: Homemade pesto sauce & penne
Friday: "Meaty" Meatless chili
Saturday: The plan was for Vegetable Pot Pie, but instead, we made Chicken-less dumplings (much faster, but still delicious comfort food!)
Sunday: Homemade Potato Soup
This week was a success! We only ate out once for lunch, and our grocery bill was lower than usual. Happy stomachs, and happy bank accounts.
