Chaos
So crisp and organized!
David built the shelves
I made tags for the boxes: "Remember," "Tie a Bow," "Write," "Stamp," "Embellish," and "Paint"!
I could not be happier. It makes me want to start a scrapbooking marathon (which is what I need considering I have 18 months to scrapbook before baby # 2 arrives...yikes), sew 7 different window treatments, and match-up my coupons for my shopping trip. ALL at the same time...A few details:
Desk: Pier 1 on sale several years ago
Shelves: Built by us using a 1x10, trim, brackets, and green spraypaint
White boxes: Ikea (2/ $4.99)
Pink crates on bottom shelf: Liberty of London for Target (on sale a while back for $9)
Galvanized lantern: Ikea
Pink orchid: Gift

My desk is an absolute mess and one of my New Year's resolutions is to keep it tidy and give it a makeover. That's really a beautiful little corner you've made yourself there. I'm totally inspired ;o)
18 months is one long pregnancy! :)
Your corner looks beautiful. I really think that would be the cheapest gorgeous solution for my crafting mess.
Cute, cute corner... but I really love the splash of the color that strip of wallpaper provides!!!

That space gives me some Spring Fever. Love it! :)
So very cute! Fresh and clean looking too! Who wouldn't want to create there? I'm loving the bedspread too, where did you get that?
Love it...My favorite part is the damask on the wall. How did you do it??
OK, the finished product is beautiful! But, I have to say the most entertaining part was your comment about how you have 18 mos till baby #2... I already have baby #2, but feel that way about possible having baby #3. I really should finish baby 1 and get a good start baby 2's book before I pop out baby 3 :-). Thanks for the smile!
LOVE this! The stencil is beautiful! I'd love for you to link it up at I Heart Nap Time.
This is incredible and I love every bit of it!
