Holiday Mantel 2010

A white Christmas is unlikely at best here in Georgia, but that didn't keep me from creating a fluffy bed of snow on my mantel...

A close up....

Nothing like a newborn photo of Dmitri to remind me of "Silent Night"...

There are four stockings with our names on them - except for the fourth one. Which is still a secret. = )

Source List:
-Everything pictured is from Target (a lot of it 90% off last year)
-Except the stockings, which are from Pottery Barn (also ordered on sale after Christmas, two years ago)
-the "snow" is polyfill that I had leftover from stuffing pillows!

  1. It's beautiful! I love the mix of natural elements with sparkly elements. This year I am determined to get some 90% off deals at Target. I always seem to get there a day late!

  6. This is such a lovely holiday mantel! So classic. Aren't after-Christmas sales great?! The hard part is waiting until the next year to show it all off. :)

The photo of Dmitri is the perfect touch - so peaceful!

  7. Beautiful! I have meant to ask you this so many times but what is the paint color on your wall? I'm itching to paint my bedroom that shade and I love your color!!
