Monday:
Orzo Soup - simple, easy, and delicious!
Tuesday: Macaroni & Cheese Casserole Remix (that is, with broccoli in it! To make it just a bit healthier.)
Wednesday:
Pappardelle with Spiced Butter - a lovely change from our usual pastas
Thursday: Vegetarian Chili
Friday: Baked Spaghetti Squash with Alfredo Sauce - this was disappointing. We prefer red sauces with our spaghetti squash!
Sunday: Whole wheat pancakes with blueberries & raspberries; topped with whipped cream!
