26 Weeks Pregnant
I have heard over and over that you show/get bigger earlier with subsequent pregnancies. It definitely seems to be true for me! That is a down-to-the-day comparison. And that's the difference between December and March....David enjoyed pointing out many contrasts in these photos. Like, "wow, your face doesn't look as fat this time." And "you don't look like you want to kill someone..." (Referring to me hating being pregnant the first time around.)
The pregnancy is going well; I'm feeling pretty good. Although, I have had some morning sickness pop back up out of no where. I'm starting to have pregnancy related back pain and a lot of ligament pain. Definitely would not have minded skipping that this time around. But it just reminds me how soon baby boy # 2 is going to be here. I cannot believe how quickly this pregnancy is flying by...yikes. I've been having Braxton-Hicks since week 14, but they are getting a lot stronger and are very frequent. Toning up for labor!
I am viewing labor this time around as if I am preparing for a marathon. It's a lot of work, but it will all be worth it. Eyes set on the finish line. And all of the pregnancy discomforts are just part of the training process....

Aww, you look ADORABLE! Just your tiny little self with a big ol' baby belly- love it!
You're a beautiful preggo. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
First off, you look great. I was such a wreck at that point in my pregnancy.
Secondly, I really like the marathon metaphor. It works well for this situation.
Happy to hear your little baby is well.
you are darling!!
Lookin' good momma!
So very soon!!
You look great! It's so funny how different the second time around can be. I thought I knew everything about being pregnant since I'd been through it once...then I got pregnant with my daughter and nothing was the same!
you're adorable!
You are such a cute pregnant girl! Both times!
I LOVE your haircut in your recent pregnancy picture. Thanks for the #2 pregnancy updates too. I'm thinking of having baby #2 next year but was miserable the first time around so it's good to hear that it's not always the same each time.
You look GORGEOUS! I thought I MUST be the only one who looks bigger this time around! lol.
you are too cute! i actually think overall you look teenier this time around, even if maybe your belly is a little rounder. you are ADORABLE!
You look GREAT! I'm dressing up tonight for a party and hoping to get a picture.
Can you believe, almost 3rd tri? Crazy!!!!
I guess I should have had a party this week - Ellie lost her midwife, Hannah just posted an update, and two other bloggers I follow revealed the gender!
You look great!
You look great! Glad the pregnancy is going well. :)
The first pregnancy is like the dress rehearsal. For round two, the body's warmed up and ready to go!
