Inspection

We had the inspection this weekend, which was a cool thing to experience. I don't care how much money you paid me, there is no way in hell I'd crawl up under someone's house. Eek. Thank God for inspectors! There are a few things that are going to need to be taken care of, which is to be expected in a 45-year-old home. The roof needs to be patched in a few places, and the breaker box needs to be updated. (It has the little turn dials instead of switches. It's SO crazy looking. I had never seen one before!) We are also going to have to get a plumber to fix a leak in a pipe, but luckily their isn't much water damage.

All the paperwork is signed and cleared, so we are waiting on the bank to set a closing date.

So this means, we get to wait some more... = / But I'm getting pretty good at it now, right?

In the meantime, I am looking for inspiration on remodeling, and David and I have spent hours looking at and deciding on hardware, paint, stains, trim, molding, ceilings and so many other things...

Just a little bit longer. Hopefully! And then our 225 projects can begin.
